You will be billed 5 days before your scheduled date

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date

Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly at 813-492-8610.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop at 813-492-8610. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Contact us at 813-492-8610.
