Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery in Pasco County, northern Hillsborough, and southern Hernando Counties. Order before 12pm for same day delivery, or call us directly for availability.
How much does flower delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at ostarafloral.com or by phone at (813) 492-8610 during our business hours (Mon-Sat 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision. Please use the florist notes section to give us any special details you would like included in your gift, we will do out best to accommodate all requests.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across all of Pasco County and Northern Tampa Bay. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout. If you do not find your address listed for delivery, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as chocolates, plush bears, candles, small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Every 2 - 3 Days you should trim the stems at a 45 degree angle, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and air conditioning vents to extend their life.
