While we make every effort to match the arrangement pictured as closely as possible, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability or quality concerns. When substitutions are required, we will use flowers and containers of equal or greater value and maintain the original design's color palette, style, size, and overall look and feel as closely as possible. At Ostara Floral & Events, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the arrangement. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement arrangement, a full refund, or a partial refund based on the circumstances. In some cases, we may require the original arrangement to be returned or retrieved before issuing a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
