Substitution Policy

While we make every effort to match the arrangement pictured as closely as possible, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability or quality concerns. When substitutions are required, we will use flowers and containers of equal or greater value and maintain the original design's color palette, style, size, and overall look and feel as closely as possible. If there are specific flowers, colors, or design elements that are especially important to you, please let us know in the Florist Instructions section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Delivery Policy

Ostara Floral & Events proudly delivers throughout Pasco County, Northern Hillsborough County, and Southern Hernando County. We make every effort to deliver your flowers directly to the recipient; however, if no one is available to accept the delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location at the delivery address. When doing so, our drivers will select a shaded, protected area whenever possible to help keep the flowers fresh and in excellent condition. By placing an order, you acknowledge that deliveries may be left at the recipient's location when necessary.

Refund Policy

At Ostara Floral & Events, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the arrangement. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement arrangement, a full refund, or a partial refund based on the circumstances. In some cases, we may require the original arrangement to be returned or retrieved before issuing a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
