While we make every effort to match the arrangement pictured as closely as possible, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability or quality concerns. At Ostara Floral & Events, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the arrangement. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement arrangement, a full refund, or a partial refund based on the circumstances. In some cases, we may require the original arrangement to be returned or retrieved before issuing a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
